Article 19 was engaged to develop content for the D-Toys component of Disney's Daily Blast Online Entertainment Service. These interactive experiences were targeted at a younger audience, and had specific bandwidth requirements so that they could be downloaded, copied, and shared.

In total, four titles were developed:

• Magic Wand
  A light-show and music composition environment

  An interactive simulation of an animated face using clay-mation
  
  
• Plumber's Helper
  An arcade-styled game
  
  
• Mystery Mosaic
  A tile-based painting program
